Pre-CCW Orientation

This class was requested by civilians to get familiar with a handgun prior to taking their CCW class. This class is an introduction to handguns for concealment. This has to do with getting you set up to take your CCW. Picking the proper handgun for you. Getting a good quality holster that works for you. Which gun should I buy? Which caliber should I get? Firearm safety will be taught. This class is approximately two hours long and then two additional hours are set aside for those of you wanting to shoot your own gun or one of ours to try out. We will be running a “cold range."

• Prerequisite:              An open mind, a good attitude, and the will to learn.
• Time:                         0800 – 1200
• Cost:                        $45 (Ammo not included)

Equipment Checklist Pre-CCW Orientation

• You do not need to bring a handgun, but you are welcome to.
• We will have several handguns to orientate yourself with.
• 9mm handguns is all that will be provided.
• Bring proper ammunition for your gun or bring some 9mm to shoot in our guns.
• Ammunition will be available for purchase.  (pricing varies by market rate)
• Eye and Ear protection if you want to shoot. We do have some available for you to use.
