Pistol Engagements Workshop: Cover & Concealment
Prerequisites
You MUST:
-Understand and follow the 4 rules of firearm safety.
-Understand the manual of arms for your handgun
-Be able to draw & reholster your handgun safely
-Preferred, But Not Mandatory: Area 301 Intro To Pistol Class / CCW Permit / OPOTA Certification or equivalent
Required Gear
-Semiautomatic Handgun (no smaller than 9mm)
-Holster that does not collapse after draw!
-Magazine Pouch & 3 to 4 magazines (you can keep the extras in your pocket)
-Eye & Ear Protection
-It is preferred, but not mandatory that you bring an Individual First Aid Kit
RESTRICTIONS
-NO Sig Sauer P320’s allowed!
-No Vanguard type holsters, No Serpa type holsters (LEO excluded), No shoulder holsters.
Primary Focus
-Understanding Cover vs. Concealment
-Using positions to shoot from cover
-Shooting multiple targets
